About

Leslie Lesh, President & Founder

I’ve been a resident of the La Crescenta area for over 25 years.

During this time I have been actively involved in the local community predominantly working with the Glendale, La Crescenta and Montrose Chambers of Commerce either as a member or serving in a number of different capacities.

I’ve had the opportunity to meet with a lot of business owners and the people who work with them.

Besides my community involvement, I was Co-Owner of Leo's All-Stars Sports Bar and Grill for 10 years. In 2011 we were voted #1 as the “Best Sports Bar” in Los Angeles.  We also were voted #1 Sport Bar in many other news publications for various years.

As you’ve probably read or heard, the restaurant business is one of the hardest businesses to operate. The average lifespan of a restaurant is five years and by some estimates, up to 90 percent of new ones fail within the first year.

At Leo’s, my speciality was marketing, creating and managing events, along with other duties that brought patrons into the bar, the lifeblood of any business. I was involved with day-to-day operations, so I knew the business inside and out!

My hard work and marketing paid off. As reported in Los Angeles Hot List, “Unless it is standing room only on a Sunday afternoon, the owner of Leo's All-Star Sports Bar & Grill considers it a "slow day."

After selling Leo’s All-Star, I took up a new position with a chiropractic company, based in Glendale. I was hired as the Office Manager, then took on the task of Executive Marketing Director, responsible for marketing, with the goal of increasing the number of new patients.

In early 2020, I decided that I wanted to help small to medium sized businesses with their marketing. I thought it was time to combine my marketing strengths and operational experience to form my own marketing agency!

As a former business owner, and after meeting so many business owners and managers with my Chamber work, I understand the struggles they go through in marketing their business.

My advice to anyone who wants to start their own business, like I quoted in Business Life Magazine’s Women Achievers as top achievers, “If you don't take a risk, you'll never know if you can succeed!” “Conduct your business the way you'd want to be treated.” “I feel the key to success is, Never, ever stop promoting your business!”
