We do not offer refunds for any of our services. All payments made are final and non-refundable, reflecting the time, effort, and resources dedicated to providing exceptional results. We encourage clients to reach out with any concerns prior to engaging our services to ensure alignment.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel any scheduled services, we require a minimum of 30 days' written notice before the start date of the service. This notice allows us to adjust schedules and resources accordingly. Cancellations made with less than 30 days' notice may result in fees or forfeiture of any deposits already paid.


Fulfillment & Service Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering quality work on time. Below are the timelines and expectations for our services:

SEO Services: Monthly work summary reports are provided within 30 days of the service period.

Social Media Posts: A minimum of 3 content pictures must be submitted at least 1 week in advance of the posting schedule. If posts are required on a specific date, the content and request must be submitted at least 1 week prior to ensure timely publication.

Other Services: Deliverables for custom projects will be provided based on the agreed timeline, as outlined in the client contract.


Return Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept returns. Once a service is performed, it is considered final. However, if there are any concerns about the quality of work or deliverables, we encourage clients to communicate with us promptly. We aim to ensure your satisfaction through open dialogue and collaboration.


Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected through our website or interactions will be handled securely and used solely for communication, billing, and service improvement purposes.


Payment Security
